Settlement of Bills
The Management has the sole discretion to take an advance from guest at the resort, depending on duration of stay. Bill must be settled on presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted.
Arrival & Departure
Check in time 12 p.m. & check out time is 11 a.m. If you wish to extend your stay or need a late check out, please contact the front office manager.
Guests are particularly requested to lock door of their room when going out or when going to bed. The management will not be responsible in any manner for the loss of goods not entrusted to the management or for the damage thereof whether due to neglect of hotel staff or agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
Storing of raw or exposed, explosives or any other articles of a combustible or a hazardous nature in the residential room in the hotels premises is strictly prohibited.
Please refrain from using electrical appliances such as heaters, cooking appliances of irons that could cause a fire.
Damage to the hotel Property
The guest will be responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property (linen, furniture, fixtures etc.) caused by themselves, their friends or any person for when they are responsible. Misusing linens and towels, causing permanent stains will be chargeable.
Dogs or any other pets are not allowed into the hotel premises.
WI – FI / Cable TV
Wi - Fi is available throughout the hotel premises and is not chargeable & cable TV line all rooms. (Signals are not guaranteed as provided by outside agency)
Only in house guests are allowed in the rooms, strictly no outsider. Outsider allow in café, restaurant, book library, swimming pool, snooker room, garden area.
The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission of any person into the hotel premises of to request any guest to vacate the same when asked to do so. In case of defaults, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the guest concerned from the room occupied by the guest.
Government Rules and Regulations
The guests are requested to observe the government Rules and Regulations that may be enforced from time to time in respect to Registration Alcoholic drinks fire arms etc.

Pool timing is 08 AM to 10 PM. Please read the pool instructions. Pool towel are available pool deck area.
Should you need medical attention, we have a doctor on call. (Chargeable)

We have a Bengali, Chinese, North Indian & Continental cuisines restaurant with an extensive menu. Our Bengali cuisine is not to be missed. No food can be ordered from outside. Restaurant will be open 10.30 p.m.

Welcome to our in house mocktails bar. Drinks can also serve in the room, restaurant, pool and Garden.
